  • Note: This is the special concessional fee for under-graduate, graduate, post-graduate students. To be able to register as a student delegates must present a proof of full time enrolment at a recognized university or college for both, the time of registration and during the congress.

This option is most suitable for those who are unable to attend the conference due to their schedule conflicts, visa issues and others. Registration Cancellation Policy:

Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 60 days of the conference start date. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

  •  60 days or more before the event starts: Eligible for full refund with less a $100.00 administration fee
  •  60-45 days before the event starts: Eligible for 50% of refund
  •  Within 45 days of conference: Not entitled for any refund
Accommodation Cancellation:
NO REFUNDS will be offer towards accommodation cancellation.

Note : Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference. No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, pandemic’s, natural calamities, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. or other conditions or circumstances beyond conference committee's control.
