Cancellation Policy

Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 90 days of the conference start date. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline.

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@physioconferences.com Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference:

  •  60 days or more before the event starts: Eligible for full refund with less a $100.00 administration fee.
  •  60-45 days before the event starts: Eligible for 50% of refund.
  •  Within 45 days of conference: Not entitled for any refund.
  • Note: No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, natural calamities, pandemic, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. or other conditions or circumstances beyond conference committee's control.

Substitutions

Substitution can be made at any moment. If you wish to substitute a delegate/speaker, you must notify us in writing at the earliest chance and at least 30 days prior to the event.

Transfer of Registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event by specifying the substitute's name, contact number and email address. Application for transfer should be made at least 30-15 days before the event. The registrations transfer can also be made to the next event (final decision reserved with the conference committee).

Accommodation Cancellation:
NO REFUNDS will be offer towards accommodation cancellation.
