Ziya Yazici

Ziya Yazici is a Manual Therapist and Exercise Specialist who has developed a body-oriented approach to panic disorder and anxiety. His work focuses on the role of muscle tension, postural dysfunction, and respiratory mechanics in the development of panic attacks. He is the author of a book on panic attacks and has provided training to physiotherapists in Turkey. His recent research, conducted in collaboration with Marmara University, investigates the effects of myofascial release and postural alignment on panic disorder and agoraphobia, demonstrating significant reductions in symptoms. He aims to contribute to a broader understanding of the physical components of anxiety disorders and to promote practical, body-based treatment approaches.
