Shkurta Rrecaj Malaj is a teaching assistant at the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Physiotherapy, and a physical therapist at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic, University Clinical Centre of Kosovo. She holds a Bachelorâ€™s and Masterâ€™s in Physiotherapy from the University of Prishtina and completed doctoral studies in Kinesiology at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, North Macedonia. Since November 2023, she has been pursuing a PhD in Physiotherapy at Alma Mater Europaea â€“ University, Slovenia. She is a certified master-level PSSE Schroth therapist and completed a Hand Rehabilitation course at Lund University, Sweden (2011). During the 2023/2024 period, she has been serving as the head of the Commission for Membership, Licensing, and Re-Licensing at the Kosovo Chamber of Physiotherapists.
